Oh Yoko!

John Lennon & Yoko Ono are some of our favorite icons. We actually sent Yoko a Cloak & Dagger blazer from our first collection and she was one of the only celebrities to send us a thank you note! She sent us the photo of her and John posted here of them during their famous" bed in" She signed it to Brookelynn Love Yoko. Thanks Yoko ; D! She was a fox back in the day and still looks pretty amazing! Here are a few of our favorite images. LOVE THAT WHITE SUIT!!

Can't wait for Fall!

At Cloak & Dagger we have some of the most adorable, loyal customers! It always puts a smile on our face when they stop in or we see them passing by rocking one (or more!) of our Cloak & Dagger pieces and looking fabulous doing so!

This is our new super sweet friend, Amanda, who purchased our fierce Material Girl Moto Jacket a few days before & then scored a pair of awesome strappy vintage sandals that we love, love, LOVE!

This is our neighborhood friend, Sophia, who stopped in yesterday looking super chic in our vintage white shades and our vintage jet setting sun hat straight from Italy! Her mom purchased the fantastic Edie Vest, lined with sequence and a sheer back that we cannot wait to see her wear!

How classy are these broads? I love how effortlessly chic they always look in these old photographs. It's always a major source of inspiration for me. xB.

Gotta Love a Baby Doll...

This image still is so inspiring to me today. Perhaps because I grew up in the 90s or perhaps because some of my favorite music consists of Pavement, Dinosaur Jr., Sonic Youth and Bikini Kill. In fact, all the pieces in my latest collection were named after Bikini Kill or Heavens to Betsy songs. It's too bad that she didn't stay true to an evolution of her coolness then. She's totally crazy looking now : (

WE HAVE THE CUTEST CUSTOMERS EVER!!!

**Ok, so the first photo is of this adorable couple that came in from LA, Josh & Stephanie! Stephanie bought the Sophia coat which is SO ADORABLE on her! They went back to LA but we've kept in touch and I'm trying to coax them into moving to New York. It seems to be working so far! Fingers crossed. Love you guys! xox
**The next photo is of this adorable Danish girl that came into the store and bought this gorgeous Italian Riviera dress from the 50s which looked SO PERFECT on her. This one was meant to be!
**Next is a photo of one of my lovely customers who seems to have the same social circle as me as every time we connect we find out how many of the same people we know. The photo is of her in a Cloak & Dagger dress that she wore at Doug Aitkin's show in Miami at Art Basel. I love this girl! She always looks fabulous in every single piece of mine that she tries on!!
****The last photo is of me and Brooklyn. YES, ANOTHER BROOKLYN! How crazy is that. We found out that we both had the same name when a friend of mine peeked her head in the store to say hello to me and both of us turned around when she said "Hi Brookelynn!". Anyway, I love her. She was rad so I had to snap a photo of the one and only time that I will probably ever meet another Brookelynn. History captured! Viola!

ME & MY HUBBY IN VOGUE JAPAN!!!

The editors at Vogue Nippon met with me before I got married in the midst of all the craziness and decided to feature me and my sexy hubby, Howie in their weddings issue! The article is about Howie taking me to Yosemite Valley on top of Glacier Point (a 5 hour hike one way) to propose to me. It was a magical day! The photo in the feature is of us on our honeymoon on a dhow in Africa!!!!!
